FOR THE SENSITIVE is the arsenal of HSP-friendly resources I wish I had when I was in the depths of chronic illness and anxiety,  believing  the lie that hustling harder and having more discipline in my wellness practices  would be the ticket to feeling better.

My story 

I spent a long time doing life in a mind and body that was chronically ill, and burnt-out, fighting my way to wellness. For most of that time, I was copy and pasting wellness protocols that worked for others, hoping they would also work for me. It wasn't until I began to understand what my unique body needed, and implement unique wellness practices, that I finally began to see positive results... I was able to come off of medication, reverse illness and thrive in my personal life and career. I want to help you do the same.
